We are currently in the process of updating our Coaches Manual. Over the next year, we will be reviewing the materials that have been delivered in the past and exploring the most effective ways to have simple information accessible to you, the Club Coach. We appreciate the positive feedback with regard to our Youth Initiative and are committed to making certain that all of our Programs strive to place young Players first.
This "Player-centred" approach to Youth Development demands that we utilize methods that focus on a Player’s cognitive and physiological development and not only on the technical and tactical aspects of a sport.
Below you will find a few of the tools that we hope will help you to help us "give the game back" to our young players.
