Coaches and Players,  

 

 

As you know the fundraiser has been cancelled, and now we have the task of collecting and returning the ticket stubs and monies.
We would like to help simplify the return of the tickets as much as possible by giving the players a couple of options.    We realize that the majority of tickets were probably sold to friends and family and it might be easier to return the cash directly to them.  
1.       NYSC needs all of the ticket stubs and books returned to the coach ASAP, who can then bring them to the Soccer Office by January 31.  Please see our website for weekly hours, we will add additional hours on Saturday, Jan. 23 and 30 to help make drop off more convenient.
2.       Cash ($5 per ticket) can be given back to the person who purchased the ticket, only if that person signs and dates the ticket stub.  It is absolutely imperative that the ticket stub be signed and dated by the purchaser
3.       If the ticket stub is not signed and dated the money will need to be returned to the coach.  NYSC will send a refund cheque to each purchaser who has not signed the ticket stub as long as the money is returned by the player to the coach.   If needed NYSC will contact the purchaser to verify their address.
Players can give to their coaches some books of tickets with all the money and some books with no money because the money was returned, or a combination.
The most important thing for the players is that if money is given back to the purchaser, then a signature and date is required, and if the money has not been given back to the purchaser then it must be given to the coach.
